My beach essentials

I love the beach and I love the sun – literally ☀️ I could stay in the sun for hours and do nothing. But unfortunately especially here in Australia the sun and it’s UV rays are extremely harsh. Even if I’m using SPF 30 in Europe, I’m using SPF 50 here in Down Under.
However make sure you don’t stay at the sun for too long, your skin won’t forget!

Following you can find my favourite products for a relaxed beach day 😎

SunBum Sunscreen Spray SPF 50+
I love this spray because it’s so easy to apply and it feels like there is nothing on your skin, no sticky feeling at all 👏!
It’s water resistant but reapply after swimming and at least once an hour.

SunBum Lip Balm
It’s available in different flavours, I’m currently using the Mango one . Including Aloe Vera – to avoid dry and chapped lips.

Bondi Sands Coconut Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50+
If you prefer a lotion instead of a spray I can recommend the ones from Bondi Sands. They smell very good and protection is as good as with a spray. It feels much less sticky than other sunscreens! 👍

Bondi Sands Protect & Tan Coconut Oil
I don’t use this product for protection even if it includes SPF 15+. I’m using it in combination with one of the mentioned sunscreens.
It helps your skin to develop a beautiful and naturally looking glow and spends moisture 💁‍♀️💦

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer face
Don’t forget your face! This lotion from Neutrogena feels a bit sticky for 2 to 3 minutes both feels comfortable right after. It looks matte – no oily or shiny finish.

Thermal Protection by Paul Mitchell
Salty hair, don’t care – but a day at the beach is very stressful for your hair 💇‍♀️
To protect it from the heath I’m currently using the ‘Ultimate Color Repair Triple Rescue’ spray with Quinoa. Just apply it after taking a shower or a swim in the sea. It can also be used on undyed hair.

What products are you using? Send me your recommendations 📝
Enjoy your days at the beach! 😎🐚🌴🏖
